This is Randall, owner of S+. I understand that you want to feel strong, fit, and healthy, but you don't have a lot of time to work out, so you need a smarter approach to exercise. Here’s how, and why S+ could work for you: 1. You’ll work 1-on-1 with an expert personal trainer. 2. S+ takes an evidence-based approach to exercise (focused on Strength Training), diet and nutrition. 3. You only workout once or twice per week for just 30-minutes each. |
