This is Randall, owner of S+. I understand that you want to feel strong, fit, and healthy, but you don't have a lot of time to work out, so you need a smarter approach to exercise.
It's frustrating when your workouts don't produce the results you want. I believe that training should be as important and effective as everything else you strive to achieve.
Here’s how, and why S+ could work for you:
1. You’ll work 1-on-1 with an expert personal trainer.
2. S+ takes an evidence-based approach to exercise (focused on Strength Training), diet and nutrition.
3. You only workout once or twice per week for just 30-minutes each.
5 Trial sessions of Strength Training Only
After a free introductory session for the Strength Training only, you are invited to do The S+ 5 Session Trial. This is a 4 week program where you will do 2 private one-on-one sessions per week for a total of 5 sessions. After the 5 session, if you like the S+ way of training, you can commit to one of the S+ Strength Training Programs:
