I've always liked to keep in shape, and I tried different methods and techniques to do so, never really feeling like I was getting strong. With S+, after only a few sessions, I felt a difference. It really hit me, when I was in my kitchen reaching down under my cupboard to get out my large heavy pot, and it felt easy!
Another aspect of S+ that I like is that I don't have to spend hours and hours in the gym. The effort I put into my sessions is short and focused, which allows for more time to do more playful things like Zumba and dance!
I'm also a golfer, and play 4 times per week in the summer, and I believe that thanks to the S+ approach, I will improve my game.

Over that past few weeks, I have been doing a training program called S+. I was skeptical in the beginning, as to what this training could bring me, or whether or not it would be effective. I have to admit that I was wrong: the results were visible to the eye after only a few weeks.
I have seen several personal trainers over the years, but never have I experiences anything this effective. Thanks to this program combined with a radical change in my diet, I have lost 26lbs and the results are spectacular!
People who haven't seen me in the last few months don't believe it. I am more muscular, more toned, my shoulder and even my face are more defined. I feel great! I am a new man!

I've been training for a year and a half. My initial goal was to increase my muscle mass and get back into shape. With weekly sessions, S+ suits me very well! I have greatly increased my muscle mass and I am in better shape than ever before. In fact, my strength has really allowed me to perform better in my sport. I'm still going and won't stop! |
I've been training with Randall since the month of May and have never been as satisfied. I have had several trainers who offered typical exercise programs, and none compare to what Randall's S+ has to offer. I have never been as strong as I am now, and I only train for 40 minutes once or twice a week. Every winter when I ski, I normally have back pain when I finish a day on the hill. Since I have been doing S+, my back is never sore, even after a long day of skiing.
I have a high stress job where I am on my feet or having to be in meetings all day. I am less tired at the end of the day, and I can sit or stand for long periods at a time without getting tired.
The shape of my body has changed, I stand taller, look and feel younger and know that I am a lot stronger than I was just a year ago.
